1. Returns
We accept returns of eligible items under the following conditions:
- Return Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and certificates intact.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces.
- Sale items or final clearance items are non-returnable.
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-returnable.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@diamondprestiges.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping: After receiving your RMA number, ship the item(s) back to us using a secure and trackable shipping method. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions (unused, undamaged, in original packaging).
3. Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed once the returned item(s) are inspected and confirmed to be in their original condition.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, style, or color, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as outlined for returns, and we will assist you with the exchange details.
- Exchange Process: You may be asked to pay any difference in price if the exchanged item costs more than the original item. If the exchange item costs less, the difference will be refunded to you.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items

- Providing a full refund for the defective or incorrect item.
- Offering a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item.
- Providing store credit if you prefer.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Shipping Insurance: We recommend shipping returns with insurance and tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not insured.
7. Damaged Goods in Transit
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and either offer a replacement or refund for the damaged product.
8. International Returns
